When I was transferred from recovery, I became very sick from the pain and the drugs. Raymond was coming on his shift. He showed professionalism, confidence, and kindness, and I felt comfortable in his care. He was a great help to me and my husband. He made sure we understood everything that was going on with me. He never rushed, and he checked on me quite frequently. He showed such kindness and compassion to my family, which helped. He talked me through everything I had and listened when I spoke. His work ethic and positive attitude make him a definite asset to Grandview Hospital, an exceptional care facility. I want to say that my husband and I feel very blessed to have Raymond Andrada caring for us! He is a very caring Professional.
