My wife was admitted due to a myocardial infarction. She was sent to the ICU early in the morning and stayed there for two days. She also has dementia, Alzheimer's and some anxiety and this complicated her recovery. Raymond was amazing and went above and beyond to care for her while she was in the ICU.
Raymond's caring and kind personality kept her calm and were very comforting to our entire family. He approached her with a warm greeting and held her hand when she was getting upset, and my wife's reaction to Raymond, a new face to her during a confusing time, would mirror his warmth. Raymond went extra steps to make sure she was comfortable during her time in ICU. He was responsive and attentive, and we felt confident that she was getting the best possible treatment.
I was very impressed with the overall quality of care that we received from Raymond. Our overall experience at Jefferson Hospitals ICU was excellent, mostly because of Raymond.
