Reagan Cress, BSN, RN

Reagan has always been so genuinely kind and sweet. She takes care of my little guy with such love. Any night she's my son's nurse I know that I can rest easy. She's become part of his hospital family. If anyone deserves a DAISY it's definitely her. She offers a listening ear to a mama who's feeling down and frustrated from such a long hospital stay. On some of my darkest days, we've had her as the night nurse, and she's talked to me while taking care of my child and helped me to feel better. She let me vent my frustrations and emotions. She offered kind words. She's been a total comfort to me. I wish she could be our nurse every time she works. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. I don't think these amazing nurses know just how much of a difference they make sometimes.
