Reanna Draper, RN, BSN

Reanna is one of the most effective case managers I have ever worked with. She promotes process improvement throughout her collaboration with providers and her fellow nursing team. Her clinical experience in both on the floor and discharge planning has proven to be what Kayenta Health Center's Outpatient Department has been so desperately awaiting. One of the best qualities Reanna possesses is the ability to put patients at ease. She actively listens to concerns and promotes the space for patients to be open about their stresses. Reanna advocates for patient equity and exhibits a deep sense of empathy.
