When my daughter was brought to the ER it was very difficult because I had never experienced this level of illness. She was comfortable and not having major discomfort but I still felt she required more attention from the staff. It took a few hours for me to relax. Reba continued to update me on the status of my daughter. I never saw her sit or talk with other staff very long. She was constantly attending to all of her patients with kindness, respect, and professionalism. She would look at me and smile as if she wanted me to know that we were not forgotten. Overall, I rate Reba as a ten for outstanding work performance. Because of her, I have more appreciation for what nurses and healthcare workers do to care for patients and families. What she does is priceless!
