Becky possesses a managerial skill set that allows her to treat each person, patient, family and coworker with fairness and courtesy. Becky had offered to take a patient home who did not have the money or transportation to get home after surgery. Knowing that this was against policy, Becky was able to problem solve and find an alternative so that the patient would have a safe passage home. The patient's gratitude was overwhelming that she went well above her call of duty to make sure he was well cared for. Her compassionate care and thoughtfulness never cease to amaze me.

Becky consistently attempts to find a way to cover staffing or decrease staffing while still keeping a safe work environment when a coworker needs to attend a funeral, has a special event and gives short notice, needs to attend a child's school event, or needs a non-late day because of advanced degrees.
