Rebecca Baxter was nominated by the staff of the Orthopedic Surgical Center for the June 2015 DAISY Award at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Rebecca's excellent knowledge and experience allows her to provide up to date, evidence based education. Her dedication is consistently seen by the staff as she arrives early and leaves late in order to support the staff in the Orthopedic Surgical Center. She often helps with patient care and demonstrates best practice to staff nurses. She is compassionate and comforting to patients while she teaches staff at the bedside.
