I had been admitted to 4 Tower. Everyone on this floor that took care of me was amazing. It was during my discharge that pharmacy noted one of my prescribed medications was on back order. She had asked pharmacy if they could find a location or recommend a location to find my medication so I can manage my treatments at home. It was recommended that we call CVS or Walgreens because they are bigger pharmacies. So, my husband and I started calling many pharmacies with no luck. My husband and I are not local to this area, and we are from Ontario. Rebecca called pharmacies out in our area and was able to find and confirm my medication at a pharmacy close to where we live. Thank you for making my transition home less stressful. I appreciate you and all the care you provide!!!
