Rebecca worked like a super star. She started the day 3 RNs short - taking report, answering phones, handling a patient complaint, and working as control tech. Rebecca maintained this pace for eight hours - all with a positive attitude, keeping the team upbeat and things running efficiently. I was impressed as she multi-tasked like a super star. Rebecca's attitude fostered teamwork. I witnessed several interactions with patients and family members that turned negative encounters to positive experiences for them. I have no idea how she smiled all day, even told a few jokes putting a good spin on our day.
