Rebecca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For this visit, we were dealing with many new aspects of care for my mother from new medications to oxygen. She took the time to answer all of our questions and fears and put us all at ease with what we were going to be dealing with. Her upbeat personality made a long day very pleasant and it was very much appreciated.
