I was very nervous, experiencing significant newly diagnosed chest pain. Rebecca eased by worries, told me not to be afraid to request pain meds and told me that I was her number 1 priority. I could tell she was very concerned about my safety and comfort. A great bedside manner and very professional. Most important, Rebecca eased my fears and sincerely apologized for not having a bed to transfer me to (from the CDU). She spent significant time explaining all procedures and tests as well. A true pleasure!
