I have seen Rebecca grow in her career as a nurse at NCMH. From nursing assistant to RN and now as the Director of Case Management. Rebecca has grown into an exceptional nurse. She truly cares about each patient and family member. She attempts to make the best discharge plan for each patient. Rebecca goes out of her way to assist our patients. She picks up medical equipment at yard sales, goodwill, etc. so that we will be able to help our patients at NCMH. She is a patient advocate. She has literally stayed on the phone for hours to assist these patients. She goes above and beyond and each patient she touches is aware of this. We are blessed to have Rebecca at Newberry Hospital. Thank you, Rebecca, for all you do at Newberry Hospital.

The Oncology & Infusion Department would like to recognize Rebecca Clary, Director of Case Management. Rebecca has expertly assisted our department many times and in many ways, that has affected how we have cared for our patients. There has never been a time that Rebecca was called upon where she has not responded. Rebecca has assisted our infusion patients with home supplies, medication assistance, and home health referrals. When infusion has a patient that needs antibiotics for more than one treatment, Rebecca is called in to evaluate. She is super-efficient and makes the best decision on how to care for these patients based on the best interest of the patient as well as our facility. She even assists with the coordination of rides and treatments for those who need it. She has taught us that there are many ways of getting the job done efficiently and effectively.
Rebecca cares for all of our patients here in our area and never hesitates to go the extra mile to see that the patients get the care they need and deserve. Of course, we are witness to what she does for our patients here in Oncology and Infusion but we have no doubt this is her continued service throughout the hospital, going that extra mile, giving exceptional compassionate care to each and every one of our patients. She is a true reflection of how one person committed to caring for others can make a big difference for all.
