My mother came into NKCH stressed and nervous about her cardiac care procedure that morning. Rebecca greeted her with a warm smile and put her mind at ease. She was very clear and concise in her description of the events for the morning. She was personable and caring. Rebecca put my mind at ease as well with her detailed assessment skills.
