I was upset and crying because I had my 7-week-old grandbaby when I went into respiratory arrest. She just sat down, listened to my fears, and provided great emotional support. Your thoughtfulness is a gift. I will always remember. This makes me want to be a better nurse as well. I'm humbled at the care you gave me! I would just like to reach out about how impressed I was with the care she provided to her patient. She showed nothing but compassion all night long. She reached out to the patient's family and made them feel super comfortable and provided them with a video chat. She also sat at the patient's bedside while holding his hand until he fell asleep. She frequently checked on him to make sure he wasn't in distress. She is without a doubt the type of nurse I would want to take care of one of my family members. She is an asset to our COVID team.

I first met her on the evening of my day of admission. Very personable, considerate, professional, and efficient. She fought for me earlier about medications -primarily my cough medicine- she was advised by the pharmacy they didn't carry it and couldn't get it. The pharmacy tried to get her to give me cough medicine that I am allergic to and she refused. Hold her in highest respect for looking out for me. Hold her in the highest respect for her excellent care and for fighting for me as her patient.
