Our entire experience with all staff was amazing! When we first met Rebecca, she introduced herself and took us to our room. She explained all procedures and steps and asked if we had any questions every step of the way. Above all, Rebecca introduced all staff members that entered our room and their roles She also recapped my status to all the staff in front of us and asked for our input if she had missed anything in transition. After, she continued to check on us every few minutes. All of these little things made us feel as though she was an advocate for us and was invested in our experience. Rebecca is outstanding as are the caliber of staff at this facility. Thank you.
