Rebecca Harris 2023, RN
I have worked with Rebecca caring for several patients. The memorable ones are as follows:
1. A patient's wife called my office to thank us for the care her husband received. She specifically asked that I find Rebecca to thank for the kindness and good care she gave her husband. Rebecca's ability to listen, and to keep calm even when she is busy shows remarkable maturity for a young nurse.
2. Rebecca helped in the care of a complex patient. She kept in constant contact with the hospice team to ensure that the patient's and her family member's needs are met. She continuously attempted to educate the family member on the physiological changes happening to their loved one.
Rebecca has consistently shown that she is a kind nurse who can empathize with patients and their families. She has a deep sense responsibility to making sure her patients and their families get the best care possible. Her diligence is exemplary. I am grateful and proud to be her colleague.
