Becky recognized a patient who had a status change that required a higher level of care. Through her frequent monitoring and assessments as well as her persistence, she was able to get this patient to the next level of care. She was professional, respectful, and very prompt with her care. She kept the family updated and was orienting a new nurse the entire shift. You are a wonderful asset to nursing and Good Shepherd!
