I was transferred to the ER here from another facility. When I arrived, this nurse immediately took charge and took care of me. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and very expedient. I felt very confident in her abilities and so did my wife. She started our experience off on a positive, non-stressful note. She quickly went about her duties and explained every step she was taking. She placed a 2nd IV in case I needed it and nailed it with the 1st try - not normally an easy thing to do on me. Her demeanor was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment.
