Her skills demonstrate her compassion for her job. She always strives for the highest quality with a less painful approach. She constantly is assisting new team members as well as UPMC (floor nurses) to continuously make improvements and improve our patient interactions.

Becky is well deserving of this award. She regularly stays past her shift when we are short-staffed, or the workload is heavy. Her patients always come first.
