Rebecca Jezylo was great from start to finish! She was kind, easy to get along with, and willing to do whatever so that I would be comfortable. At one point I had 3 nurses trying to draw my blood so that it wouldn't pinch or be uncomfortable. Rebecca chatted with me more like we were friends then nurse/patient. We were practically high fiving when it was time for my procedure.
Unfortunately, my procedure did not go as planned. When I woke and found this out, I was quite upset. Rebecca was so kind trying to help me. She shared personal information with me that clearly, she didn't need to do, but it made me feel like there was a connection between us. She did a great job! I hope her knee surgery went well and she is up and moving to help others soon.
I was extremely nervous about my procedure. Rebecca explained everything thoroughly. She was a very friendly young lady with a good spirit.
I appreciate all the nurses that took care of me. They all were friendly and informative and were all concerned about me and the operation that I was having and genuinely full of heart.
This was the best experience I've ever had at the hospital in my entire life. Rebecca stuck out more because she made me feel like family and my daughter really appreciated her concern for me and explained everything to her to make sure that my post op care was overseen correctly.
