Becki has always been a team player and willing to help out, not only on her unit but in other areas of the hospital. One day in March 2023, it was an exceptionally busy day throughout the hospital. The CCU was full and understaffed with the PCC having two patients when a  code blue was called on IMC. Becki responded in the role of the resource nurse and brought the patient to CCU and continued to perform as the patient's nurse until the patient expired. As the patient was actively dying there was another code blue called on another floor. Again Becki responded and brought that patient to CCU and assumed care of her also. Becki made it possible for all the patients in the unit to receive the care and attention they needed. She is an exceptional nurse, a valued resource, and a true team player.
