Becca took a Spanish-speaking mother downstairs to the outpatient pharmacy to pick up her medications as she was being discharged. She was told her insurance was not active and she would have to pay for her medications but was unable to. Knowing the patient would likely not come back to get them, Becca paid for them herself, putting the patient’s needs above all. I am proud to work with such a kind heart!
