When Rebecca introduced herself, I didn't know how lucky I was to get such a great nurse. She was my nurse on the day of discharge. She helped me so much by explaining my medications and everything else that I was going to need and made sure I understood everything.
She even took the time to type a list of doctors that I am to see after being discharged and show me how to set up my online chart and made sure I could do it. She is a true DAISY Nurse!
