I would like to thank and recognize Rebecca "Mechelle" Spradling for exceptional care. The moment she entered my room a bubbly, energetic, kind and sincere spirit surrounded her and filled the room. She was so genuinely joyful; you could not be in a discouraged mood if you tried. Mechelle took time to explain every aspect of my care, discuss every medication I was being given, explain any possible delays and answered any questions with authority, confidence, and, most importantly, patience and sincerity. I could tell she truly is passionate about life, her job and nursing. I honestly do not think there was a moment in a 12-hour day I saw her without a smile, checking in to determine my needs despite how busy she was with others. You could tell the organization of her day was top notch. She treated my visitors with the exact same respect, kindness and joy. I watched her as she helped students, PCT's, patients and other individuals who asked her a question. Also, her physical exam skills are phenomenal and thorough. Mechelle truly blessed my heart and spirit. BSA is blessed to have her represent this organization as she embodies every word of the mission and vision. She goes above and beyond. She creates a sense of family which I needed, as I am all alone, so she not only cared for me but ministered to my heart and spirit. Thank you, Mechelle.
