Nurse Rebecca Miller made my recent vein surgery so much better with her kind, efficient, and excellent care. She welcomed me and introduced herself right away. When I changed into a gown, she noticed me looking at a small blood stain on it. Before I said a word, she had given me a fresh gown and offered to step out while I changed. Most nurses wouldn’t have noticed, but she did and quickly acted. She explained everything she was doing well and in advance. When I was settled in, she made sure to tell me that the anesthesiologist and the surgeon would both be stopping by to talk before surgery. She told me to please let her know if I needed anything and stopped by each time she walked past my area to check in with me. I felt so comfortable and ready for a successful procedure. I had three nurses during the process, and all were outstanding.
