I was incredibly frustrated after a lactation counselor at another hospital told us we had to do triple feedings. After five weeks of this, we found out my daughter had a tongue tie, and nothing was getting better.

I met with an OSF lactation consultant who changed everything for us! Rebecca saw how stressful feeding was for both the baby and me and recommended that we take a break to help my mental health. She reassured me that we could try again and gave me tips for pumping so I could maintain my supply and my daughter could get the benefits of breast milk.

A month later, I feel so much better and have been able to bond with my baby and have resumed breastfeeding. I am extremely grateful to Rebecca for all the ideas and support.

I experienced a traumatic labor. All the care we received was amazing, but Rebecca's care stood out the most! She helped start the breastfeeding journey while I was still in the hospital. She genuinely cared with a listening ear for any doubts or concerns, regardless of what they pertained to. I was able to follow up with outpatient. Having Rebecca as a resource helped tremendously. She is a rockstar!
