I have worked with Becka for the past 11 months. She's an outstanding nurse who will do anything for her patients and peers. We have one patient who comes into our office multiple times because his ostomy bag explodes, and she is always the first person who is on it and willing to help! She gets him what he needs, makes him feel comfortable, and like it's not his fault. If we have to send him to the ER, she is the first person to volunteer to bring him down and go above and beyond to get him what he needs. I never met someone with her passion for wanting to help people! Becka goes above and beyond for every patient she encounters, truly embodying the H3W model. She consistently approaches her work with a positive attitude, never hesitates to help, and makes working alongside her an absolute pleasure
