Rebecca Quay has a dynamic personality that is reflected in everything she does. She is such a hard worker and is a positive leader in ASU/PACU East. She is frequently the Charge Nurse and keeps the flow of the unit running smoothly. She is one of the best Charge Nurses I have ever worked with. The patients love her; she keeps them laughing and makes them feel well cared for. Rebecca is a great colleague to work with and I appreciate her willingness to help out and do whatever it takes to get the job done. I know my day is going to be a good one when I get to work and Rebecca is in charge.
