I want to recognize Rebecca for her excellent care during my stay here. Everyone involved in my care was great; however, Rebecca went above and beyond.
In my situation in trying to get to the root cause, it involved multiple tests and specialists. Rebecca was awesome with posting all doctors' names on the board; who they were and what they do, as well as helped keep all test results documented and understandable. My family and I truly understood what was going on. This really helped calm our fears given my delicate situation.
She was always in attendance when a doctor came in to talk to me, so she knew clearly what the plan was. That also helped put me to ease trying to comprehend it all.
Rebecca is an excellent caregiver. She listens and truly cares about her patients.
