Rebecca displayed a tremendous amount of teamwork and accountability when she floated to our department last week. She not only helped Mother Baby but she stepped up to also help Pediatrics and Labor and Delivery when they needed it, all in the same day. She never once argued, questioned or hesitated when asked to help the team. And after all that flexibility, she stayed late to help complete a procedure on a baby in the NICU. Rebecca's ability to put the patients' needs first was demonstrated when she went out of her way to help the entire Maternal Child Department.
