I would like to recognize Rebecca for her leadership Sunday morning. She took total control of an incredibly chaotic EMS morning. Simultaneous multiple Cat 1 traumas, CPR in progress, multiple ES1 (emergent) patients, patients seizing in CT scan, and many others while never losing her cool. She performed beyond expectations. She did this all with very few core staff, lots of SPS, and travelers.

We all fit into a shift slot, work our 12 hours, go home, and continue life off the clock. But Rebecca gives a little more. When I see I’m working along her side, I know her leadership will get us through any situation. Once again, I would like to let you know what an exceptional nurse you have at Williamson.
