I was a patient in the surgical unit and had Rebecca (Becky) on numerous occasions as my Nurse during my hospitalizatin along with her Tech, Miranda. They worked extremely well together as a caring and compassionate team. Becky coordinated the care I received so they both attended to my needs at the same time, resulting in the opportunity to have greater rest periods between care. Becky informed me of every medication she was adminstering and what it was for. She ensured I understood and they both made me as comfortable as they possibly could have. At times she was called away from me for the more urgent needs of another patient and apologized for having to depart. They both attempted to lift my spirits when they observed me in a down moment. They were terrific. I have no desire whatsoever to have to undergo another hospitalization for anything, but if I had to, I would love to have such professional, caring, educational and compassionate caregivers as Becky.
