She continually goes over and beyond the expectations of an LPN, assisting each provider that she serves in enabling the day to be smooth for the employee and the veteran. She shows empathy with constant communication and phone calls to veterans for preoperative planning and regular follow up postoperatively. Her clinical skills and decision-making ability exceeds that of an LPN. She is self-motivated and eager to help in all cases, without being instructed by her supervisors and is constantly taking initiative. She reviews clinic schedules daily ensuring orders are updated, and x-rays are recent, as well as necessary lab results are ideal for optimal care of each veteran. She is head and shoulders the most knowledgeable, caring, and eager LPN I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Rebecca has been a nurse in the orthopedic clinic for only one year but has transformed the care we give.
