Rebecca is a great manager who goes above and beyond for her staff members. She is on the floor doing everything she can to help her nurses, aides, and secretary, picking up tasks without missing a beat. She even comes in when not scheduled to help her staff when they're struggling. Rebecca is always willing to help anyone who needs it. This includes patients, families, and staff. She has helped with countless items to make our jobs easier as RNs. She is very adaptable and has compassion for every patient and staff member. Rebecca advocates for not only the patients on the floor but also the staff. She strives for the safety of patients and staff. She always goes above and beyond, and I never feel a sense of inferiority with her.
