I had a very stressful and upsetting few days in the hospital. I thought I had pneumonia, but it turned out to be cancer. I had a lot of questions and anxiety. Rebekah came to my rescue. She answered all of my questions and my family's questions. She took her time to make sure we understood everything that was going on. She did it with a smile and a wonderful and friendly attitude. She worked so hard to ensure I was well taken care of. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or that she was anything but happy to be at work and do her job and she did it amazingly!
When I transferred to another floor, I wanted to take Rebekah with me. She is definitely an extraordinary DAISY Nurse. A beautiful, kind, happy, sweet, funny, helpful and truly efficient nurse. She is the kind of nurse that you hope for when you are in the hospital feeling scared, lost, and upset. She made my stay better. She worked even harder when there were hiccups in scheduling my tests, and corrected it and walked us through everything. She made sure the doctors came in to give us results when we were scared and wondering what they would bring and understood everything when they left. She went above and beyond in her care and treatment of me and I could not be more grateful and appreciative and so happy to have met her and make a new friend!
