Thank you for being kind, gentle, and patient with me while I was sick. Thank you as well for being understanding, supportive, and caring. I appreciate you giving me the warm blanket when you went into my room and noticed that I was cold. I am very grateful that you became my nurse and that we were able to have a proper goodbye one last time before you left. I hope to see you again soon and I just wanted to let you know that you are more than just a nurse but also a friend to me. You are an extraordinary and special person.
