I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Nurse Reem for providing her services and assistance during and outside working hours to patients and attendants from the registration of appointments and postponement of medication description.
On several occasions, I asked her to postpone appointments and prescribe treatment if it is incomplete.
One time I was at home and some medications were incomplete. I sent a picture of the medicines to Nurse Reem. I was surprised to find out she was on vacation, but she still helped me. She reached out to the doctor and pharmacy to help me.
