Regina was a very knowledgeable and knew her patient very well. This patient has a complex cardiac history and was on multidisciplinary care. I was very happy to work with her in this era of medical care where healthcare workers seldom know much about "what is going on" with their patients. She is an exception and I really think this attitude and dedication needs to be appreciated and encouraged. For residents, she will be a great resource as in ICU we learn may things from experienced RNs like her. Once again, I am thankful and extremely pleased to work with Regina. I wish her the best.
