She is able to relate in a therapeutic manner to her patients. She is a high achiever, achieves consistent effectiveness and favorable patient outcomes. She effectively communicates to the nurse manager using exceptional reporting and is skilled in managing administrative matters with other departments such as farcicalities, dietary, pharmacy, etc.
She demonstrates a strong ability to analyze clinical problems and seeks input when necessary from her colleagues. She is exceptionally reliable and trustworthy when given her assignment and is able to complete her tasks in a timely fashion. She has been observed developing, maintaining professional two-way communication with providers, and ensuring that communication is kept open.
