Regina Mandapat, RN

Regina lives the values every day. She has a very patient-focused approach to the work. She thinks ahead; she’s a critical thinker, and she has done an incredible job of helping and encouraging me to get better. One of the things I particularly like about her is that she is completely calm and patient, so when I am feeling a little agitated, her presence actually helps me tremendously. The other thing I love about her is that she’s living the values in a way that helps create the culture. Culture is really what makes or breaks that patient-focused approach. And she has it in her mind all the time. She’s able to think ahead, ask me, and anticipate needs for me. This is also another key element to how she provides outstanding care.
