Regina Marston an oncology nurse was selected as the DAISY Honoree for this winter by the DAISY Committee at Fort Smith Mercy. Regina received numerous nominations and thank you letters from coworkers, her leader, and her patients and their families.
Regina treats every patient like her own family. She cared for and treated patients with a history of drug use and homeless patients like VIPs. She was referred to as an "angel" in many of the letters and Facebook posts that were submitted. She brought peace and comfort to many of her patients and is a "prayer warrior" for them. Per her leader, "Regina sets the example for others!".
