Regina is a remarkable nurse. From the moment she walked into the room, not only did she show compassion but also showed knowledge and very important patience. I felt at ease when asking a question about medicines being given and possible treatments. Even though she had other patients, when she was with me, she never left my room without being completely satisfied that all questions were answered. I brought my mother in for heart problems, not only did she show how much she cared but she also made sure I was comfortable and all my questions answered. I have run my own business plus been in management for over 30 years and in my opinion, she is tops in customer service. Thank you for having someone like Regina as part of your staff.
