Regina Prendergast installed my Mom's PICC line. I think she was there late that day but answered every single question and concern. She "sees" patients as people. I can't stress enough how lovely it was to have someone so caring and gentle to walk my Mom through a procedure that she was very nervous about. She taught me all the ways that my Mom's PICC line should be taken care of. I really appreciate that!
