Just over a month ago my grandmother was in ICU and a wonderful nurse named Regina Siegfried attended to her. Although my grandmother was only under her care for a short time, she adored her. The hospital trip was especially hard for her because she decided to go into hospice care and was very scared. Our whole family still continues to talk about how amazing Regina was and how much of an impression she made on us. My grandmother had been in and out of hospitals for a few years, but we only ever talk of Regina. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away a few weeks ago. I realize I never had a moment to pass on our positive feedback about Regina's care and bedside manner and wanted to find a reason to reach out. Regina was incredibly kind and somehow made our situation lighter. She was able to calm and comfort my grandmother while providing exceptional nursing care. She even got my grandmother to sleep through most of the night. Our family cherishes Regina's care and kindness during such a difficult stay. Thank you.
