May 2025 Honoree
Reginald Dimailig, DNP, MSN, RN
I first met Dr. Reggie during my pediatrics clinical rotation. This was a very difficult time for me because two weeks into my session, my stepdad suffered a stroke, and I was not sure I could finish out the session or the program. Dr. Reggie was so encouraging. He listened and encouraged me to continue. He encouraged me to adjust my study schedule, how to study, and to remember key points. I can’t fully express how much that helped me. I was able to earn a B that session. Later, when I had him for lecture for collaborative and capstone, he went over my most difficult and weakest point, which is Pharmacology. He broke down medication classes like a puzzle that slowly started to make sense as the picture became clearer. I believe it is helping us truly succeed in our nursing careers. He still encourages us students to reach out to him for any assistance or with any questions.
Thank you, Reginald, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
