Rehana Mohammadi, RN

Rehana is a kind and caring nurse who was nominated by a patient for her exceptional care. Throughout the patient's stay, Rehana ensured that they were well taken care of. The patient experienced an event of instability in her condition and expressed her amazement with Rehana’s advocacy for her safety and quick stabilization. “She saved my life”. The patient also expressed, “She was like a mom to me in the hospital. She made my stay so much better. Even a year later, I think of her often.
