Rei received three separate nominations, all from patients or a family member. The stories of her care and compassion all centered around her kindness. Each story described how their stay was made better by Rei's kindness in communication and her patient care. The families spoke to how she took the time to explain what was going on and that she never seemed bothered to spend the time with them.
