I would like to thank, as well as commend Reed for his caring and compassionate and stellar treatment. Reed has gone above and beyond. Sometimes we get lost in the daily grind and forget how scared the patient and family may be but no, not Reid. He was so kind and even after several days in ICU, he never failed to ease our hearts and teach our minds to understand. He is also attentive, efficient, hands on, obviously very experienced. He is also empathetic and amazing and easy on the eyes. What an asset to your nursing staff and what a special gift to your patients. Please let Reid know what his care meant to us, and honor him for the wonderful, hardworking and compassionate work he does.
