What truly set Reilly apart was his compassion. He didn't just treat my ankle, he treated me as a whole person.
When I arrived at the Emergency Department with a broken ankle, I was overwhelmed with pain, fear, and uncertainty. From the moment Reilly (and his orientee Cody) stepped into my room, I felt a sense of calm and reassurance that I desperately needed. Their clinical expertise was evident; they acted swiftly and confidently to manage my injury, ensuring I received the best possible care.
What truly set Reilly apart was his compassion. He didn't just treat my ankle, he treated me as a whole person. He took the time to explain each step of the process, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt safe and supported throughout. What touched me even more was the way he cared for my husband. He was anxious and worried, and Cody and Reilly recognized that. They spoke to him with kindness, kept him informed, and made sure he felt included and reassured.
Their emotional support made a difficult experience bearable. Reilly exemplifies what it means to be an extraordinary nurse, not only through his skill, but through his humanity. I am deeply grateful for his care.
