Reina is always smiling. She makes her patients feel safe and is reassuring to family members. Reina demonstrates excellent nursing skills so I always know her patients will be in good hands. She is always willing to help her co-workers, and she is a great preceptor to new nurses. I am happy she is passing on her nursing skills to new grads.
One patient commented that every time Reina walks into the room, the patient smiles, even if you can't see it, "Reina make me smile inside."
